Whenever I hear someone mention hmates.com, it reminds me of a how a Nigerian Scammer found me on that sight. Have any of you ever experienced contact on any of the personal sites from people who claim to be from the US, then all of a sudden, they have to be in Africa for work? They profess their undying love within 2 days of chatting with you online, then have the nerve to ask you to cash a money order, which ends up being counterfeit after you try to cash it two weeks later. Luckily, I was wise enough to be able to read between the lines, but that is what I see as the downside of the "free" sites. Oh well, it's unfortunate when they're now preying upon those of us who might be more willing to be open to "a stranger" who is more accepting of us.



Just be careful with the internet dating sites, especially the free ones.
